7 weird Things!!!

Yes, it is going around! Will YOU catch it???White Lilac I caught it from Karla!
This will be a fun thing for I do have many weird things...I just have to ask my family if I need any help! haha.

Ok, Here we go Sonia and Karla! Each player starts with 7 random weird facst/habits about themselves. People who are tagged write 7 things on their blog and post these rules. At the end of your blog (post) you need to choose 7 people to get tagged and list their names. Don't forget to leave them a comment telling them that they have been tagged and to read your blog!

1) My husband thinks that I am perfect. Rather he thinks that I think this!!! lol So while watching Mary Poppins for the
first time with the kids We saw Mary Popins take out her measuring tape to measure the children, and then herself. The
measuring tape read "Mary Poppins Practically Perfect". So I now joke that I am "practically Perfect" Why not strive for a
goal! hahhaha
2) I was thought of as the girl who always smiles.
3) I do not like the Wizard of Oz. Too scarry for me.
4) When on vacation if I think about food I then know that I am not having fun...and I better do something about it!
5) I am the oldest daughter and I have four younger sisters. I still have a habit of giving advice...too anyone I know well
enough. Not my opinion on how they should run their life but little helpful tips to ease a job. Sorry, all meant to help.
6) Oh yes, I was just reminded, hehe. I have one green eye and one brown eye. Wait! That is not the weird thing...I didn't
know until I was in college!
7) My Mom would tie me to a tree!!! We lived in a beautiful Italianate Home and it was on a farm. My Mom gave me
enough line to roam safely around the sandbox. Oh yea and the tree! (There were barns with cows and horses in
them).

That was fun! And now to share this joyful exercise!
I am tagging:

2. Caitlin
3. Tricia
4. Phyllis
5. Jenny
6. Meg
7. Carol
I have had alot of fun and I hope that you all do also!
Today is the National Day of Prayer!

I don't think you are too weird. I think it is really interesting. It makes us all think that we aren't that weird either.
Have a wonderful day!

Mary,

Your childhood home sounds like something out of Mackenzie Childs! How fun! My sister-in-law Meg sent me the link to your blog and I was thrilled! I used to live near you and you painted a few tassels for me, a Joan Walsh Angulnd themed rocker for my daughter and a darling picket fence bench with cushion. They all still have a special place in my home. I adore all the projects you have done for Meg. Paula is my mom and you have done work for her also! You are so talented and so is your daughter! All the best!

Thanks for your sweet comments on my blog, Mary. I was tagged to be "weird" too, I will post it tomorrow.

Today the DH and I have totally cleaned out the garage (which in itself is weird enough on a gorgeous Spring day!)

I was tagged and posted my seven weird things earlier today too, then read yours and see that we have one in common -- that we don't like the Wizard of Oz. You know what, I have never met anyone else that is scared of it until now!
:)

That's great Mary! I love it that you didn't realise your eyes were different colours!!! And the tree tying, I thought you meant your mother was a greenie/"Tree hugger" and getting you to love trees and nature, gosh I laughed when I realised it was to restrain you from running off!!!

As pretty as your projects turn out, I am sure we'd all be lucky to get advice from you.

hee hee...I have 3 younger sisters and a younger brother. I think being the oldest and giving out advice is is the way of the world! Wizard of oz still creeps me out with the flying monkeys. But, I recently watched Chitty Chitty Bang Bang for the first time in about 30 years and I have to say the child catcher was even scarier this time around!

I love Mary Poppins! You should see if you can find the measuring tape!
