Halloween Fun!

P9300030.JPG
I took a little time to make these Halloween Garlands. I came up with the idea after a friend had a great garland in her shop last year(display only) from TJ Maxx. Of coarse by the time I arrived at "the Maxx" ,last year, they were totally gone. So I had to improvise. The Maxx garland had plastic cats...I did not have any of those but I could make my own cats.

I needed something in between the fun cats, so I made white pumpkins.

Two of the garlands have faces on the pumpkins and one garland does not--for the sophisticate!

The garlands make a great addition to some crepe paper garlands or strung around a mirror. Hey! You ALL know what you are doing!!! : ) You can find them at Oh Merci

You're so right, Mary. My grandson could start a journal, via Mom and/or Dad! That would be such a wonderful keepsake. I'll have to pass that along to Heather.

Hi Mary,
Those garlands are fantastic! Love the little black cats. We have a real life black cat named Lucy and she is a real sweety!!
All the best,
Kathy :)

Mary, Thanks for the sweet comment on my blog. I do like the original Freaky Friday...and the remake. I love "teen girl movies," as my friends and I call them. Sort of a silly side that balances me out I suppose. I'm curious why you ask...
That Y House sounds very cool. I looked but could not find a picture or other info online. Hopefully they will aire it again in the future. I love concrete houses...my huband and I are renovating a cape right now but a warehouse/concrete house is definitely on our list for the future.
Cheers, Jess

Hi Mary! Thank you so much for the sweet comment! I love my chandelier so much!! It is just too pretty! It makes me smile.

So sweet of you to write about the man who died from Midland. It is just so sad. He was very well liked in our community and had a wife and young children. Just awful.

Thanks again for everything Mary :)

Love ya,
Amy
